Had a V6 i500 Veccie 195bhp, thought about a Calibra 2l turbo that was traded-in in work but it had the potential to cost a lot to run, even more than the veccie, always had a soft spot for them even if they quite dated now. The one from GT1 is that the German Touring car version with the huge rear arches in the white and yellow colour scheme???

One of the worst 4wd ever created, I remember a contemporary review which said if you entered a corner at any speed above 60mph you had no idea which direction you'd be leaving the corner. If you like the design the lower powered models are adequate, anything high powered had woeful handling compared to it's rivals.

Had one for a while, nice comfy car but not great for making progress. and only has four seats dispite its size.

when cornering hard you can feel the front bulkhead flexing!

So its a nay.

I had 2 of them in 2001 to 2003 First was a 1991 8 valve ex uk which rotted and the second was an irish Opel in Red mint 1992 16V Redtop and it was a weapon really comfortable car that handled like a dream and could do 145+ mph

I really liked the Redtop 16V one because it was very tight and was so nice to drive
